When and where was Bimergen Energy established?

Historically, Spine Injury Solutions, Inc. [OTCQB: SPIN], a Delaware corporation, was established on March 4, 1998. On March 31, 2022, Spine Injury Solutions acquired Bitech Mining Corporation (Wyoming; formed January 8, 2021). On July 8, 2022, the company was renamed Bitech Technologies Corporation [OTCQB: BTTC]. On April 24, 2024, Bitech Technologies acquired 100% of Emergen Energy LLC (portfolio of BESS and solar projects). On February 3, 2025, Bitech Technologies changed its name to Bimergen Energy Corporation (ticker update pending to “BESS”).
